Join for an exciting winter hike at Box Hill on Sun, Dec 17, 2023!
Lace up your boots, grab your warmest coat, and get ready for a day filled with adventure. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Box Hill as we traverse its scenic trails. Along the way, we’ll have opportunities to pause for a guided meditation, prayer and take in the stunning views. This is a great opportunity to meet inspiring women and connect with nature.
We’ll be doing a 8km circular hike around the picturesque Box Hill where you’ll see beautiful viewpoints and wildlife. Please note that this is a challenging hike and includes steep inclines, please ensure you wear appropriate gear and footwear. If you have any health conditions or injuries we should be aware of please do email us to let us know.
All profit goes to the Islamic Relief Gaza Appeal.
Meeting point: Ryka’s Cafe, Old London Road, Dorking, RH5 6BY (10 minute walk from Box Hill and Westhumble Station)
What to bring:
- Warm coat (preferably water proof)
- Gloves
- Hiking boots with good grip
- Packed lunch and water
- Energy bars
- Prayer Mat
